Who is behind this page

Rocket Way is being built by Thi So Dinh, who is also the person who reads everything sent through the form. You can reach them directly at [email protected].

What we actually learn about you

Only what you choose to type. The form asks for a name, an email address and a message. We do not ask for a phone number, an address, a date of birth or anything else, and there is nowhere on this page to give them.

Why we keep your message

To answer it. If you asked to be told when Rocket Way is released, we also keep your email address so that we can do exactly that, once. Nothing else is done with it.

Who else can see it

The hosting company that runs this website and carries its email has technical access to the server, and therefore in principle to the mailbox. Beyond that: no advertisers, no analytics companies, no data brokers, and nothing is sold or rented.

How long we keep it

While the conversation is useful, and for a reasonable period after it ends so that we have a record. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we will.

What you can ask us to do

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to [email protected] is enough; we will reply and tell you what was done.

Security, honestly

The site runs over an encrypted connection and the mailbox is protected by a password. That is a reasonable standard, not an absolute one. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents through the form.

When this notice changes

It will be edited on this page, and the date at the top will be brought up to date with it.
